My computer crashed and I'm not a whiz at this stuff so I took it to the Geek squad to see what they would charge to get me my lifeline back. They claimed it would take 1-2 days to determine the cause and to fix whatever issues and the price would range from $150-350 (most likely) to fix once they figured it out. That wasnt going to cut it for me. A colleague told me to try Mobile PC Medics because he had a good experience with one of their techs. The Mobile PC Medics tech was at my house the next day and for $75 my computer was back to normal and the guy even added something to speed things up. Don't fall for the big names. Mobile PC Medics did the same job, if not better, for half the price and completed it much faster. ~ Brandon W

Our PC was acting very strange for a couple of months then finally last week it died. Through the years we used various companies for various computer problems and frankly we weren't thrilled with any of them. So this time, after looking at some reviews, we took a chance on someone new. We finally hit a home run. Austin was terrific. The problem was not an easy one(is it ever)? He figured it out and fixed it perfectly without messing up my files and other personal settings that all the other guys in the past couldn't keep their grubby hands off. He charged us a very fair price and got us up and running in 24 hours. Thank you and great job Austin. Several years ago I purchased a Dell Inspiron All-in-One PC for my office. It was slow as molasses from the get-go. Dell tech support could never improve the situation, so I lived with it until the hard drive began to fail. I came very close to buying a new computer, but I needed to be able to run my QB desktop and was concerned it would not be compatible with a new system. So I decided to try to get this one repaired. Not knowing who to contact, I found Austin when I did an online search. I noticed he had great reviews, so I called him. He responded to my message almost immediately and showed up on time. Not only did Austin fix the computer on site quickly, but it's now operating at lightning speed. He is honest, knowledgeable and reasonable. Wife’s computer was at a standstill, and she had an urgent graphic design project to complete. We thought maybe it was a virus, but Austin was able to come same day and diagnosed that it was the hdd hard drive. He replaced with ssd (which I regret not buying with the original computer), transferred the files, and now it runs better than when we first bought it. He was able to finish some of the final steps remotely by connecting to our pc because we had a lot of files which took hours to transfer. I reached out online and found mobile PC medics. My HP laptop lost its screen(touchscreen!) and was blacked out. I had no idea what was going on. Austin actually showed up to my house and took my computer, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He ordered the parts and voila! Within a day or so my computer is back at home working perfectly. His prices are more than reasonable and he is very computer savvy and professional. I give this company a Five-Star rating based on my personal experience. My laptop had an issue where it could constantly crash and blue screen and I couldn’t figure why this was happening. Within the first few minutes of meeting him, Austin was able to figure out that there was something wrong with the battery. He was able to install a new battery with ease and now my laptop is running smoother and faster than ever. I 'm very happy with my experience. I had called few other places and they were to expensive. PC Medics were amazingly quick responding and the prices were very affordable. My PC froze all the time and I could not print.They did reinstalled Windows 7, added security program, figured out the wireless printer, verify all the settings and made sure that all the components were working before they were done. I recently moved offices and needed everything switched over, set up, etc. I also had a computer that had some major issues. Austin was such a pleasure to work with. This company can fix anything, and they are fast. One laptop was so riddled with spyware that it would hardly boot up, the other one had a disk crash and black screen I thought could never be repaired. They fixed both PCs with no issues. These guys did a great job repairing my water damaged laptop that wasn't turning on. Now it's right back up to speed.
